He heads the sales and operation team to provide services that meets the requirement and challenges of the KPO industry. He has over 20 years of managerial experience in the areas of Systems and IT management and more than 15 years as a Senior Executive, leading and managing significant growth in the field of IT and BPO. Ashis has handled mission critical projects, new business development, process innovation, and strategic growth; demonstrated strength in Planning, Execution, Negotiation, and Talent Management. Served as a senior Government official for more than 17 years he was instrumental in computerization process of the Electoral activities in the state of West Bengal, India. He also made significant contribution in development and implementation of BHUMI, the software for Land Records in the West Bangal state.

A Post Graduate in Economics by training before founding Orbital, Ashis worked as VP in another mid sized IT and ITeS company where he spear headed company’s KPO operations in India and UK. .

Kaustabh is expert in IT for Equity Research. He has more than 20 years of experience in the financial systems of leading banks, consultancies and FIs like Deutsche Bank, PWC. Kaustabh is a post graduate in Statistics from The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Kanpur.

Mr. Pallav Seth, a PHD in Neuropharmacology from Jadavpur University, Kolkata, West Bangal is the Editorial Manager Journal of Psychopharmacology ,Department of Neuropsychopharmacology & Molecular Imaging, Imperial College London. He started his career in Division of Pharmacology and Experimental Therapeutics, Indian Institute of Chemical Biology (CSIR), Calcutta, India and moved to UK in the year 2000 to work for Psychopharmacology Research Unit, Centre for Neuroscience Research, King's College London, Guy's Campus. He has huge editorial experience .He was Managing Editor, Pharmacology, Biochemistry and Behavior (an Elsevier Journal), King's College London. He is associated with Imperial College London since 2006. His first assignment there was as Editorial Manager, Journal of Neuroendocrinology (a Wiley-Blackwell Publishing Journal) . During his long career he has been bestowed with numerous awards, fellowships and honorary membership and published a number of research papers. He is associated with Orbital as a consultant.

Sumantra is a Senior business executive, with over 20 years of domestic and international experience in operational and executive roles with fortune 500 companies.Sumantra is an Engineer by training from The Jadavpur University, Kolkata.

In a sprawling career of 36 years, Ajay Prasad served in several respectable positions in Indian Police Service. He was in charge of CISF operations in 5 states of North India and Eastern Sector (all states of Eastern India). He was responsible for security of vital central public sector undertakings such as SAIL, Coal India, NALCO, NTPC, NHPC, ONGC, OIL, Note Presses, Airports, and high-tech Atomic Energy and Space establishments. He pioneered police computerization and networking of all Police Stations and raised Rapid Action Force and Commando units to tackle terrorists and criminal mafias. He also served as a consultant in UNICEF’s Missing Children Tracking project. He is currently the president of KARMA World Society, an NGO for training & placement of educated unemployed. An alumnus of St Stephens College, Delhi, Ajay also attended training courses in the UK, IIM, Kolkata, and Indian Institute of Public Administration, Delhi.
